  • Oregano: 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional): 1/4 tsp for extra spice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Grill:

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Matambre:
