Ingredients:
- 300g (10.6 oz) sugar
- 200ml (6.8 fl oz) water

- 150g (5.3 oz) ground walnuts or hazelnuts
- 300g (10.6 oz) ground tea biscuits (digestive or graham crackers)
- 100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Glaze:
- 100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Sugar Syrup:
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the mixture starts to boil, remove it from the heat.
Make the Base:
- Add the butter to the hot sugar syrup and stir until melted and well combined.
- Mix in the ground nuts, ground biscuits, and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is smooth and forms a thick dough-like consistency.
Layer the Dessert:
- Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
- Press one part of the mixture into the bottom of a lined or greased rectangular baking dish to form the first layer.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the remaining mixture to create the chocolate layer.
- Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the first layer.
Prepare the Chocolate Glaze:
