- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped (or 1 can of diced tomatoes, about 400 gr)
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 liter fish stock or water
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut the fish into chunks and set aside. Peel and chop the vegetables.
