Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them or leave the skins on, depending on your preference.
- Cut the potatoes into even-sized chunks or wedges for even roasting.
Season the Potatoes:

Roast the Potatoes:
